Today’s lesson is all about the first Christmas. Take a journey to Bethlehem and contemplate the Infant Jesus in the arms of holy St. Joseph. Such a beautiful scene! Yet, it was also occasioned great suffering for St. Joseph. The Holy Family could not find lodging in Bethlehem, and Joseph felt himself responsible for this. Yet, suffering turned to joy when our Redeemer was born on Christmas Day!
